Great price for Excel G KYB shocks. Delivery was 1 week late leaving customer without vehicle. Communication was poor regarding whereabouts of item within Australia Post which was frustrating. Perhaps paid courier delivery may have been a better option for shipping item.... rather than leaving customer in limbo? Item was well packaged.
