Seller was very helpful when I MADE A MISTAKE. After opening the shipping box, I thought I had received the wrong color of backpack (looking through a clear bag that the backpack was in). I was able to reach the seller very easily with eBay messaging, and was responded to quickly each time. I didn’t want to tear the plastic bag open because I thought I would exchange for the color I ordered. I was wrong. The CORRECT backpack was inside of a protective/water resistant bag.
