On April 2024 I ordered the makeup Secret Agent Y-2 (which I love) and today I received the wrong product Secret Agent P-6 (very dark one). When I found it I contacted the seller immediately and asked him to send me the correct one. The answer was, that he is not the seller. I included the foto of the wrong product which I received today. Very unfair business.

I was initially confused because the label is not ours. I assumed the buyer messaged the wrong seller. After the second email, I figured out that this must have been an international sale. The buyer has emailed me several times with the same question or demand, to which I have replied every time, advising her to return the item and that we would issue her a full refund. We have been more than willing to make this right. Initiate a return for a refund.
