      A box of shims for valve clearences

      If you are able to do this adjustment yourself then give it a go. Stick to the manual and you should be fine. Getting to know the machine is part of becoming a better mechanic. Buy a telescopic magnet with light, as you may drop a small part, and they help you take out the buckets, and the shim will be underneath being held by the magnet. If you don`t have the knowledge or skills to do this adjustment strip down and rebuild then... DON`T try it as your machine may destroy itself.

      Wish they made smaller kits with a narrower range of sizes

      My only complaint is that I only ended up needing two of the sizes and ran out of one size that I needed. If I had known ahead of time which sizes I was going to end up using I would have just bought the small refill packs of those two sizes and saved money. Maybe I can resell the rest of them or use them on a future motorcycle to recoup some of the money wasted on this kit.
