    Solgar brand is the best product for their natural ingredients. Its only Solgar 7 joints that stop my joints pain I have recommended to many others and the feed back from the individual's were extremely positive

    I have been taking Solgar 7 for the past 2 years having previously taken glucosamine with chrondotin. I am a seasoned runner in my sixties and have been diagnosed with signs of early wear and tear on my knee joints. However, whilst it is difficult to evalulate the benefits of taking Solgar 7 as opposed to not taking it. I believe it has helped to maintain my joint mobility and I am still running with no noticeable knee pain. Therefore, I will continue taking the supplement as it is clearly doing me no harm!

    Definitely helps to alleviate some of the issues with my worn out knees.

    I had been using this for a while to help to alleviate the discomfort of worn out knees, along with glucosamine & cod liver oil, but no pain killers. I stopped taking it the last time I ran out, being conscious of the cost & not 100% sure if it was really having any effect. After about a month off it I did notice a definite deterioration in the comfort & mobility in my knees - reorder and resumption have convinced me that this product is beneficial & I will be continuing with it. Don't expect instant dramatic improvements in pain reduction & mobility, but I'm convinced this product helps towards alleviating my issues & I would recommend trying it & judge for yourself.

    So far, so good.

    I was recommended to try Solgar as I have discomfort from osteoarthritis. I have given four stars as I have only been taking it for two weeks - but so far my pain, which was progressive, has not got any worse.

    Expensive but well worth it. Felt the diffirence in my joints and movement within days. Was first advised of these capsules last year by an organic health shop. The diffitence in motability was within days. Would recomment anyone to try if they have mobility issues
