Comm: Excellent. Packing: Acceptable. Delivery: I had to chase this. Courier web site list it as 3 attempted deliveries when I was home all 3 days. I come to find out from the courier that "attempted" means it sat in a van for 3 days as they kept running out of time to deliver it before end of day. It would have been faster to send via Aust Post and that is saying something. Seller needs to find a better postal solution as this is the worst experience I've had on this platform touch wood.

This is a great home office/small business printer. I bought it mainly to print high quality colour images - it doesn’t disappoint. Set up is easy - if you use the Lexmark Mobile Assistant app. It doesn’t come with instructions other than how to take it out of the packaging. You might need to disable the smtp error that appears (if you’re not using this feature). From the control panel on the printer navigate to: Settings E‑mail E‑mail Setup. Configure the settings. Specifically, there’s a setting that is called ‘Disable "SMTP server not set up" error’. You can turn this to "on" to stop the error and blinking light. I also changed the print setting to 1200dpi from 4800cq - personal preference. There are a lot of menu options, most of which I don’t know what they do so I just left them ... Beautiful prints, much nicer even for printing photos than my previous good quality inkjet, probably because there is no bleeding between the colours.
