Fast shipping with only one complaint; the lamp had a thin brass decorative shroud around the bulb. The seller packaged it in a soft envelope, and arrived damaged. I was able to straighten most of the kink from the brass. I decided to use it anyway but was mildly annoyed at his choice of packaging for something this delicate.
