They do a good job of absorbing minor incontinence and can be augmented with extra padding to cope better when dribbling increases to trickling. They are much more economical than disposables. Apart from the cost of the pants, which should have a long lifespan, it could cost less than £1.50 a week for laundry and showers. Very satisfied with this product and intend to buy a few more. 10/10
