Buyer asked why item hadn't shipped. My response was "For one today’s Sunday and another it came with five day handling time". I followed with an assurance that would ship next day. Simple business answers to and question that she had an answer to on her purchase page and within the content of my listing. Black and white texting/messaging can sometimes be interpreted differently than they were intended to be. Everything about this transaction was within guidelines. Neutral not deserved.
