After opening the shipping box, I thought I had received the wrong color of backpack (looking through a clear bag that the backpack was in). I was able to reach the seller very easily with eBay messaging, and was responded to quickly each time. I didn’t want to tear the plastic bag open because I thought I would exchange for the color I ordered. I was wrong. The CORRECT backpack was inside of a protective/water resistant bag.

I can strongly recommend this e-bayer. The issue I had is with the manufacturer, Netgear, whose online and app-specific instructions regarding incorporation of this item into my home network were inaccurate and nearly caused me to send it back. At no point did they mention that I should connect the Orbi satellite to the Orbi router using an ethernet cable, which turned out to be the key step!
