The seller was very happy to help, item came damaged and did help to refund with shipping back. Mail didn't handle item properly and unfortunately was not sealed fully inside with any plastic wrap where water or something got on it. I thank the seller again for all the help and left positive for this reason as was out of sellers hands but they stood by the product. Much appreciated.
