There was one very small ding towards the top of the phone, but in no way affects the phone's performance and it's not even noticeable unless you look for it. It doesn't bother me at all! Other than that, the phone was absolutely perfect. Shipping was fast, ordered on Friday and received the phone Wednesday. I would totally recommend buying from Adopt-A-Phone!
