Communication was slow. Shipping rate was high and item the painting’s frame arrived broken. I reached out to see if it was shipped insured, and no response. Disappointing customer service. I used super glue for now. I would’ve disputed if I wasn’t planning to change the frame in the future. Nonetheless, I’m quite disappointed with the lack of customer service and professionalism.

Reached out to customer. They did not save or photograph packaging so I was unable to file for a refund with FedEx. Refunded amount for replacement of broken frame. I am sorry this did not work out to your satisfaction.
