    Newbie hownower just bought a dump with high hopes!

    I bought this when I purchased my first house, a bit of a fixer upper. Every time I startd a project, I looked it up in this book and it had it! It saved me many wrong turns and expensive errors. Highly recommended espically if you buy only one home repair book.
