Quick delivery and good packaging. Unfortunately, the part of the tonearm has broken (the side counterweight) as it was not protected during shipping. The condition was not correctly explained and some details were surprising: not all parts were original, printed know labels where manually and unprofessionally hand-written corrected, etc. In general, the supplier was not very communicative and responsive. The question about condition was left with simple answer: "everything works fine"...
