The device decides when or if it wants to work
This is the second product I have bought. The concept is good, but I’m having the same issues I had with the first one I had bought several years ago, which I thought was probably faulty Because I’d only had it a few months, but no, it’s the product, so into the junk box it went. It keeps saying it isn’t connected when it IS CONNECTED to the iPhone. I haven’t changed or moved the connection with either the lightning cable or the power since the last time it decided to work. I have to keep messing with it to get it to recognize that the iPhone IS connected. I’ve tried it on more than one iPhone and iPad and the same issue. It decides when or if it wants to work. Trouble shooting/customer support is a joke, Fooled me twice.This is the second product I have bought.
