When dealing with healing the human body. people are horribly incorrect to assume what the doctor has told them is the very truth from illnesses to what is healthy for them. This book with recitations from the prophet(swas)pbuh, shows how tremendously our bodies are and how they work. we have much to learn about the way our bodies work and function, this book with facts about the real effects of eating with the real spiritual effects of food, how overall the way we eat now is really dangerous to our bodies e.g. i'll take a recitation from the book and the topic of over eating. we in today's modern society tend to be rushed off our feet, we don't have time for the simplest things let alone eating at times. what the book teaches us and the prophet pbuh, we find that our over eating is ...
