Bought a steering wheel arrived faulty with a crack in the rear. They offered me a £5 refund which I declined because the item was £60. Then wanted me to take time out of my day to return the item with me also paying for shipping which as I have spent enough out of my own money I don’t see why this should left down to me. Offered to take half the money I spent back but they also declined. So this is why they have negative feedback from me
