I ordered this hat for a party but the item had never shipped for more than two weeks so I requested a refund. Then the seller changed the tracking number and a hat was drop-shipped from a different seller in Elmhurst Illinois. The item was poorly packaged and was smashed flat in shipment making it worthless. Thankfully eBay resolved the problem by issuing a refund.
I will avoid this seller.
