Clearly you could see by the image that is almost not the case unless there is a label made to fool the customer. I doubt that was the sellers intention, and the problem was me looking for a product where one wasn't.

To me this is slow. Maybe I missed something posted that it would be 8 days after I ordered before I was able to track the package. I have no problem with the product, it is exactly as described and quite nice. I don’t remember having any communication with the seller at all, so can’t really speak to that.
