The item was shipped fast and packaged well. As I looked over the coat, I found two stains that were not mentioned or revealed in the original posting. I contacted the seller and the only solution that was offered is to return the coat. No partial refund or anything like that. Very frustrating and irritating as a buyer.

I do my best to point out any flaws, but I do miss things. I offer 60 day hassle free returns on all of the items I sell. I do not expect anyone to keep somthing that they are unhappy with, or doesn't fit. I pay for the return shipping and only ask that the item is returned to me in the same condition it was received.
