    Sells microscopes without any knowledge of them. Sends me a unit without phase contrast components shown in the listing. Never admits mistake, keeps telling me he'll look into it until I open a return request. Says unable to take parts from other units. I send him pictures and instructions, still mails me only the condenser. Finds a way to blame me for his mistakes. Unpleasant to deal with. Thanks to eBay policies I returned it. Avoid buying microscopes from this seller!

    The listing was fully described. Buyer unappreciated the fact we did replace the parts and still coming up with excuses not related to the description of the actual microscope. Possibly needed to return it after all of our efforts to supply parts were not as part of the auction. Terrible buyer and already blocked from buying again from our store!
