This thing gets super hot and would easily heat up a large tent. Would not recommend for a small or medium closed area, due to fire hazard above heater, as it is really hot. You CAN NOT pack the Heater back in the box with the propane bottle attached, btw. Use Low setting for roasting hot dogs and smores.
