As New = Device looks like new at first glance. This device shows no visible signs of use. (Mobile Federations Description) Not really the case. The phone is in reasonable condition however, there are signs of use, the phone has obviously been dropped as there is slight damage on the bottom of the frame of the phone. The battery percentage is at 82% which I think is a bit low for a "as new phone". I have purchased a couple of phones from thes guys and to be honest it is a bit hit and miss.

This is the 2nd purchase of a "as new" phone from this seller in 2023. Both purchases I received a phone that wasn't "as new" condition. The 1st they replaced, the second I received a partial refund. Seller needs to improve their inspection and shipping process to ensure customers receive the what they order. Customer service is good and they resolved these problems quickly. Phones are good value purchases.
