the phone looks like new. However, the battery condition is less than stellar as its actual health is 77% after i checked the analytics data. Apple rigged the battery health status and still shows 80% in the battery settings. i would have given this a 5-star if not because of the degraded battery health that already has gone through 1140 charge cycles when i checked the analytics.

iPhone 11 Pro arrived with express delivery, in an excellent condition, no visible scratches etc, and the battery was at 86% health. The iPhone was supplied with a USB charging cable, a pin, and without the original iPhone box. It was sent in a plain box, and in a bubble wrap slip pouch. If the delivery box was bent, I have no doubt the screen would have smashed. However, as a first time refurbished eBay mobile phone buyer, I’m overall very happy with my purchase. Would buy again. This is the 2nd purchase of a "as new" phone from this seller in 2023. Both purchases I received a phone that wasn't "as new" condition. The 1st they replaced, the second I received a partial refund. Seller needs to improve their inspection and shipping process to ensure customers receive the what they order. Customer service is good and they resolved these problems quickly. Phones are good value purchases.
