This is the 2nd purchase of a "as new" phone from this seller in 2023. Both purchases I received a phone that wasn't "as new" condition. The 1st they replaced, the second I received a partial refund. Seller needs to improve their inspection and shipping process to ensure customers receive the what they order. Customer service is good and they resolved these problems quickly.
