    Body Blast Pilates

    I do not think this is particularly entertaining, but I do enjoy this series. Mari Winsor is very pleasant and encouraging as an instructor. Most of the time as I'm doing the exercises, they do not seem so rigorous, but later I feel muscles that are sore from use. I like the calmness of the routines and incorporate these with more intense workouts.
