  • Unfit For Command by Jerome R. Corsi, John E. O'Neill

I bought this book to get a better understanding of John Kerry. I also wanted to see how close my perception of him was to that of the author(s). I consider myself to be an "Independent" and upon finishing this book I believe stronger than ever that the United States is in dire need of a strong Third Party. It is a sad state of affairs when a person goes in to the voting booth and has to vote for what he or she believes to be the lesser of two evils. If you are a Democrat you probably won't like this book. If you are a Republican you will like it. If you are open and objective you will wonder how do these people continue to be re-elected?

I bought this book to get an understanding of John Kerry. The book shows and tells how some people will do anything to get out of their committment to serve in war. It shows how Kerry put himself in for purple hearts caused by himself and not enemy action. There were personnel getting wounded by t he enemy and not caring about the purple heart due them. These people took their job to heart not medal craving glory hounds. Unlike Kerry there were men that just wanted to do their committment and try to get home safely. Personnel such as Kerry should have been weeded out and sent home before their actions caused others to suffer. John Kerry was a glory hound out to promote himself and not caring for others. This book shows the true side of a man that was only for the war for self promotion and ...

  • Unfit for Command is a Unique Exposure of Corruption

I like the fact that it shows the history of John E. O'Neill managing to tell the truth about Kerry in spite of the fact the political machines and the mainstream media were fighting him with all their might. It's a rare case in which the little guy won. Thanks to him, what Kerry really did in Vietnam was exposed to the light of day and America was saved from having a President as liberal as Jane Fonda.
