Phone received was not in the condition described. Decent scratch on screen and marks on rear, most likely from previous case. However, as the phone was still usable, I kept the phone. The seller did apologise and partial refund the sale quickly. My guess is the phone likely was accidentally placed in the wrong pile. Condition: Good at best, not "Excellent". It is a great phone otherwise: function/battery.

S21 Plus was in excellent condition as promised, barely any marks on the phone, camera and all functions work properly, colours and resolution on screen are awesome, correct amount of storage (256gb), even checked serial number to see if it is legit and it is, highly recommend! When upgrading in the future I will defintely come back here to purchase a new phone!
