Experience after 2 weeks was good. Received the item as described but a little bit later than expected. Quality was great for its price when compared to buying new. Tech support was fast but unfortunately unable to help with an issue. It seems to happen to everyone when you run the tablet and anything that emulates a virtual machine. Found a work around by disabling connecting/disconnecting notifications and pressing pen to tablet to reconnect for the session.

I'm very pleased with my purchase. My refurbished Kamvas 13 could easily have been mistaken as brand new. The delivery was very fast. The only issue I have is that the protective cover over the screen was not the usual peel off film but a sheet of plastic that was attached with double-sided tape. The tape remained stuck to the screen when the plastic was removed. It took some scraping with my fingernail to remove it. Fortunately it wasn't on the display area as some gummy residue remained.

This is a good-sized tablet for laptops. It may need a good USB-C Dongle HUB for it to work properly. May heat up a bit in the top-right corner but it is as normal. Not really that hot but noticeable from the whole tablet. Draws well Krita and other software.
