Item was a completely different colour, was not an English plug and didn't work (Pictures provided) ... But the seller actually took full responsibility (makes a change on eBay nowadays!) And responded to my messages straight away and provided a full refund without any hassle. Seller has also stated he has taken unlisted the item to further investigate so that this doesn't happen in future.
