I bought headlights from this seller for a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix. They arrived damaged, like due to a combination of poor original packaging, and the USPS dropping it one too many times. The guide pins were cracked. Seller accepted my return and refunded the money. So i bought them again and asked them to package it better, and pad the inside so it didn't happen again. Seller didn't honor my request and the same happened, but not as bad. I let them know i was displeased, but kept them.

When it says 34 in it means 34 in radiator itself not overall dimension that's what I thought when I bought it and it came in like 41 in overall I was like oh no so this seller was awesome great communication took it back. no problem and it was shipped quickly and I shipped it back quickly had no problems. seller was awesome guy awesome people

I gave four stars for shipping based solely on fed ex's poor performance. The item arrived less than 10 mi from my house at their facility where they left it for 3 days. They never bothered to contact me letting me know that I could come and pick it up being that I was so close but never did. The box was barely hanging on once it arrived, it was so badly destroyed. I had to thoroughly inspect the item to ensure that it was still the quality that the seller sent. Fortunately it was acceptable.
