The instructions were easy to follow, the waste ink pads easy to replace and the reset program and key worked perfectly. No need to turn off antivirus or firewall. The program ran without a hitch. The printer now works again and I am so pleased I don't have to get a new one or throw away the spare ink cartridges I had.

Had to do some trimming and shaping of the pads to make the "potty" as similar to the original pads because the were made with six thinner pads, the replacements were five thicker pads, so the hole was smaller than the OEM set. Some tweaking with a scalpel was required in case of performance issues. Other than that - all great, good price, fast delivery. A* eBayer.
