Based on a DC Comics character Green Arrow, the story follows a billionaire playboy who returns home to Starling City after being shipwrecked for five years on a hostile island. He begins to fight crime as a vigilante with a bow and arrow. The series is filmed in Vancouver, Canada and stars Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen (Green Arrow), Colin Salmon as Walter Steele, and Katie Cassidy as Dinah Laurel Lance. Season two comes packed with surprises, action, strong relationships, intrigue, and seamless continuity from the first season.
