It's doesn't protect your toes, hells and ankles like a racing boots but for a sneaker is more than enough. The downside for me is it turns slippery when wet, what makes no sense since its a waterproof shoes. If you have a sport bike and it's raining you gonna struggle to maintain your feet on the the bike's footrest.
