    Love our Dyson

    We recently bought our Dyson to replace another brand. Chalk and cheese to compare the two. The Dyson works so well and picks up dust and specks of dirt that the other brand always struggled with. Easy to charge the battery and also to clean. We are very happy.

    Disappointed

    My 6th Dyson and by far the worst model I’ve owned. Suction inferior, ok on tiles but Motörhead on carpet constantly jamming. It was not assembled correctly at manufacture and I had to contact customer line to rectify why the whole unit would dislodge when trying to empty. So disappointed I would reconsider buying another Dyson very inferior to my previous models I’ve owned..
