Thick leather and well made. It was a little small for the woodworking hatchet that I wanted it for...but, it wasn't difficult to neatly remove one of the rivets. Simple and effective...it looks smart, too.

Does not fit an axe. Only fits half way around. False advertisement. Doesn't even fit a hatchet. Very small in size. Do not buy. Dishonest seller. I asked for a refund and they said they would only give partial refund which I never received. I threw it in the garbage. I would give zero stars if I could.
