Multiple things were damaged on case including the housing had parts of the case broken off due to being packaged in a box yes you herd me a transfer case wrapped in plastic wrap in a cardboard box that looked like it had been through the great race. Item was supposed to be coming from Texas were they are located did not came from Illinois.1999-2004 Ford F150 Pickup Transfer Case Heritage Manual Shift (#334429226514)
