Item was squashed, probably during shipping and due to insufficient packaging. Seller’s response was to ask whether it was still usable. I think as it was due to their error and not mine and the item arriving in not “as described” condition it would have been better to try to make it right somehow like offering an exchange/return. With much effort and an assist from my sister we were able to bend the blades back tho it doesn’t look new. It’s neither a + or - situation hence neutral feedback.
