Only 2 x $1.50 stamps & 2 x Pensioner concession stamps used. AP terms state concession stamps CAN NOT BE USED for PARCEL. I had to pay $8.35 when parcel arrived. No Return address. But seller claims he has done nothing wrong!! blames Australia Post. Escalating to ebay for chargeback. Retractable cable is faulty. Does not retract. Seller claims it was tested. After much deliberation refunded item cost only.Reply from: saliasosnew- Feedback replied by seller saliasosnew.- Feedback replied by seller saliasosnew.With all due respect, the buyer paid the extra postage without contacting us. It's allowed by AusPost to send item in an envelope, but with Tracking barcode sometimes they consider it for parcel. The buyer was using abusive language despite we refunded purchase in full and to keep item that buyer mishandled beforehand.
