Beautiful item, matched photos. I purchased two pens and asked to combine into a single package. The seller did so and shipped quickly. The shipping company then took that package and dropped it into a black hole from which no information about it could escape, until it finally arrived at my post office. It was nicely packed, and arrived within the promised timeline. If I purchase from this seller again, I would contact them first, requesting a faster shipping option with better tracking.

Pen arrived in new, as described condition in original box and excellent packaging. It is a distinguished black trimmed in gold with a fabulous gold phoenix done using the maki-e tradition. It functions perfectly and writes like a dream. I am very pleased with it. Shipping time seems usual for crossing the Pacific.
