I had expected it to include the screws but not a huge deal, I reused the old ones. I will note for anyone looking to replace this same piece on a same model camper, the old one does have a tube attached to the back but it was fairly simple to break the old piece off the tube and this part fit perfect, I just duct taped it to keep secure!
