We really understand the concern.We understand you not happy , but you bought less quality bracelet and it reflects the price ..Its clearly mentioned in the policy that returns has to be paid by Buyer , there is no possibility for us to provide return label internationally . In fact still we tried helping customer that we can return that postage money., but its been one month customer never contacted us for return label nothing
So putting this wrong is unfair for us

We made an appointment at there base in Hatton Garden and they were so helpful and friendly. We paid the price difference for the size increase and their workshop put extra links in to make 7.5". Thanks, Looks decent. Some diamonds are less clear than others. Also, it did not come with the nice light up box like others mentioned. Also, for buyers outside the UK (ie. USA) there is no official cert of authenticity, and a similar cert gets emailed. Clasp is not the greatest quality either. But hey, for the price of this many carats it is worth these concessions.
