      The seller was nasty with me over finding out which model I was purchasing, then sent a totally different hearing aid than the ones I thought I was purchasing in the detail that these hearing aids were supposed to come with two mics. The ones that came only had one. Then, after that, the did not send a tracking number despite pleading with them. It's all in text if you want to see.

      The add says shipping from USA. It doesn't. Customer service is full of apologies and excuses, no solutions. Very polite. When my hearing aids arrived there was no tubing or ear attachments. I have tried to contact the seller, and not heard anything. Shipping of course was late. One aid had obviously been opened. Torn and soiled.
