I've been ripped off by a sale not of original Bosch products, the seals they sell are not at all as thick as the originals, I demand a refund and take back your poor quality dr product, the bosh joitn arrive in original bosh bags, I'm not happy with that

Die negative Bewertung ist nicht verständlich. Der Kunde hatte sich nach der Bewertung bei mir gemeldet und wir konnten das Problem schnell und einfach lösen (hatte die Sendung vertauscht). Er hat um Antrag zur änderung der Bewertung gebeten, diesen aber leider nicht beantwortet... sehr ärgerlich für etwas negativ Bewerten zu werden wo man nichts dafür kann.
