    The item was at a good price with fast shipping. Unfortunately, the item in the package was not the correct item. It also had some wear marks from either being used or movement in the package. Seller normally does not accept returns, but did provide return shipping and will provide a refund when the item is received. He was not aware of the wrong item in the package. I had no problems with his handling of the situation. The low rating was due to it not being what I had ordered.
