Arrived insanely fast! I had one very similar when I was in the Army from the Exchange. I looked up the NSN number, this model doesn't have the carbide cutter inserts. It could still be USGI, but just something to be aware of. It looks brand-spanking new though, definitely a great find! And to be honest, I prefer this to opposed to ones with inserts; as they shattered pretty easily. I now believe THIS one could be issued instead of sold at the PX. This fixed model is much more reliable
