Phone shipped to me fast. I gave this phone a week before I left a review, made sure the screen was original, tested everything, and honestly it is in excellent condition. Just one small scratch on the front screen that you can barely see once the screen protector is on. But other than that it’s a brand new phone. Oh and battery came to me at 87% which I think is also excellent. Thank you to this store I’m a happy customer and will return.

I contacted seller immediately and they offered a return or partial refund so was happy about that. Phone works perfectly. Much more economical thank buying new if you don’t require the latest release phones.

Really bad, deep and large scratches. Almost like cracks in the screen. Minor scratches are always to be expected in a refurbished phone, but this is the worst I’ve seen. Over $1k for an old refurbished iPhone 13, and it looks like it’s been dropped without a screen protector a lot. Wish I spent a bit more for new.
