Seller was quick to respond to my questions and was very proactive in communication. The sticker fell off the box before I shipping, but they let me know ahead of time, and gave me the option to get a refund if I felt uncomfortable. Everything came as expected and would definitely buy from here again!

Classic arcade-style fighter that outgores Mortal Kombat

For those with a good taste in fighter games and over the top violence, Primal Rage is a game that's oriented around violence in a way that Mortal Kombat couldn't even get away with on the SNES. It involves a moderate selection of fun characters and challenging but simple combo moves makes it easy to play. The only con I have is later generation versions of this game such as that on Xbox and PlayStation have remastered graphics that are closer to the arcade and fit the gore theme of this game so much better. But the graphics in this game have always been fun to look at no matter what console it can be found on, and this si one of the best fighter games you can get for the snes.

  • A must have, but not for SNES

"Primal Rage" was a game designed to bridge the gap between standard fighting games like "Street Fighter" and more the advanced and controversially graphic fighting games like "Mortal Kombat". First released into arcades around 1994, "Primal Rage" was clever, entertaining, user friendly, and slightly taboo. Although the characteristics and personalities of the fighters were an obvious rip-off from "Mortal Kombat", the moves were easier to execute and special moves were accomplished through simple button combinations rather than complex sequences of perfectly timed codes. The novelty of giant beasts battling for control of the world while collecting human worshipers was new to the fighting game genre, and rather than a simple life-bar at the top of the screen each beast had a rapidly ...

  • Blast from the Past!

I grew up playing this arcade game at the local bowling alley. Great buy and lots of good memories.

  • RAGE!!

classic game!this game is all monster fighting, your basically fighting to see who will rule the earth. They give you various creatures to choose from. The game has 16 levels of easy or hard playtime, your choice. Each creature has its own uniqueness of fighting, you will soon realize which one fits you. The audio and graphics on this game are a little off. Their is a training level where u can practice before playing the actual places.Oh yea watch out for spectators, they come out of nowhere.Prepare to rage!

  • Rawwwwrrrrrr!!!

This game was a product of its time. After the success of Mortal Kombat, numerous copycat games flooded the market. This one at least had a unique twist. Dinosaurs (and giant primates), battle to the death. It's not a particularly original or enjoyable game. I still love that it's part of my collection.
