Apparently best offer only means “less than $1 off buy it now price”. What’s the point of listing best offer then? Took a week to ship, 3 weeks to arrive after initial purchase. When packaged arrived, it was a bag of plastic bait, not even a reel cover. Messaged seller about issue, and no response after a week. I should’ve read past reviews. Pretty sorry business practices.
